Serve your delicious (homemade) cake or pie on this pure handmade cake plate made of dark stoneware. This cake plate can be perfectly combined with the light or dark hand-turned cups and/or the other hand-turned tableware. The plates are matte glazed on the top, the bottom is unglazed. Each cake plate is hand turned and therefore each product is slightly different in color, shape or size.

This medium plate is perfect for lunch or breakfast. The plate is made of speckled stoneware clay and has a light white finish with a glossy glaze over it. Each plate is hand-turned and therefore each item is not identical, but may vary just slightly in shape, size or color.  This plate can also be beautifully combined with the low bowl whitewashed. A large low bowl that is made from the same clay and has the same finish with white coating and a glossy glaze.

Can be washed in the dishwasher but preferably wash by hand.

Medium plate dimensions: 

diameter approx. 21 - 22 cm

This dinner plate is made of the same clay and has the same whitewash finish as the hand-turned whitewashed mugs. The plates are matte glazed on the top, the bottom is unglazed. Each plate is hand turned and therefore not every item is identical but may differ just slightly in shape, size or color.  

Preferably wash by hand, dishwasher is not recommended.

Be careful with strong coloring products such as beets and turmeric, this can potentially stain unglazed surfaces. 

Dinner plate dimensions: 

height of rim approx. 1.8 cm

diameter approx. 25 cm

This hand-turned plate is made of dark stoneware, it is the same clay as the hand-turned cup dark, cake plate dark and saucer dark. The plate comes in several varieties, one of which has a gray-blue layer on the inside. The layer is not completely opaque so you can still see some of the dark clay through it. There is also a dark version with glossy glaze on the inside. The plates are glazed on the top, the bottom is unglazed. Each plate is hand turned and therefore not every product is identical but may differ slightly in shape, size or color.   

Dishwasher safe but preferably wash by hand
